Today, Margaret is joined by opera singer and yoga practitioner, Birgit Beer, who is a proponent of the message that through the voice, and through the healing, empowering force of yoga, trauma can be overcome.

In this show, Birgit talks about her own experiences, and how she has harnessed the power of expression to bring positive light to herself and those around her.

KEY TAKEAWAYS

  • People these days are feeling a sense of pain, and are subconsciously searching for a way to heal. Sometimes the answer presents itself when we least expect it.
  • We all share some traits and senses of trauma. Through connecting with others we share the pain, but also share the healing effects.
  • We don't need to help the entire world, we just need to do what we can/ When we create positivity it is like planting seeds that grow and do the same for others. It has a rippling effect.
  • if every one of us can only see the perfection we all have inside, and recognise how unique we are, then we will truly feel the love we're meant to feel.
