Hello my beautiful people, how are you doing?

So last week, I have told you guys that I was going to take 1 week off from this podcast to do something exciting. I would love to tell you all about it, and also I want to share with you what other things have been happening in my life. I want to make this episode as a reflection and turning point of my current life.

So, without further ado, let’s get started with today’s show!!!

• In today’s show, I talked about my 1 week off. My intent of a week off was to just experience life. This is because I felt that I was so caught up in creating and missing the beauty of “experiencing”.  (00:03:30)
• During the past week, I did 2 things: the mountain trip and meeting people. (00:04:50)
• The greatest discoveries from being in the mountain with a group of people were:
  (1). that I realized how much ego I was carrying in everyday life when all I really wanted was to be loved
  (2). that I had clarity in many aspects of the things which were no longer serving me  (00:05:15)
• The discovery I learned from meeting people was that I was still loveable. It just depends on where I choose to go.  (00:10:40)
