If you're on a personal growth journey, this podcast is for you. My ambition is to empower and inspire you to go from stuck to next level living. I am an ACA (an adult child of an alcoholic) survivor, and I understand the behavior characteristics and challenges that develop from growing up in a dysfunctional environment. I spent many years allowing my feelings of low self-worth hold me back before realizing I didn't have to let the past define me. I want the same for you but MUCH sooner and is the reason I became a mindset, confidence and jealousy junkie coach and started this podcast.
