In this episode, we interview our friends Wes and Les, otherwise known as the Grizzy Twins, about their journey of creating their own apparel brand and living their mission to be their best selves! The Grizzy Twins create athletic and leisure apparel for the everyday grizzy and they use a portion of their profits to give back to the children of Kapchowra, Uganda. We talk about their mission and vision of giving back, training to become professional runners, the trials and tribulations of entrepreneurship, and health, fitness and nutrition.
