On this episode of TrampTalk I had the opportunity of speaking with executive Chef Kevin O’Neil.

Kevin is a New York City native currently residing in Connecticut. Operating the EP Local Food truck along with catering upscale events, Chef is more than familiar with that long, tiring walk that we call the Tramp.  In his journey of becoming a premier Chef in the culinary world, he first traveled the globe in a never-ending quest for knowledge and understanding of cuisine. The Chef gives some insight on his Creative Process. From scouting fresh seasonal vegetables, to sketching the plate presentation, the Chef has opened my eyes to how a “hash-slinger” (slang for Chef) is truly an artist. Kevin is an also an adventurer, From stunting on a motorbike to skydiving, Kevin is a fearless leader.  I was also honored to share a panel with the Chef in a Mastermind Group entitled “Leadership Through Crisis”.
