A weekly inspirational self help program, the Transformational Personal Growth podcast is hosted by Michelle Cashman. As well as hosting this podcast, Michelle Cashman is also a wellness coach, researcher, writer and speaker (generally about all things health and wellness). She also happens to be a singer-songwriter. Each week Michelle shares her personal experience, strength and hope, essentially sharing the lessons she has learnt and the tools that she has used to come from a homeless 15 year old to one of Australia's leading singer-storytellers. With topics ranging from boundaries, to addiction, to goal setting and dealing with anxiety and depression and chronic illness, Michelle's primary purpose is to help others help themselves.
