Welcome to Episode 4! On this special Covid edition episode, we dive into some of our coaching philosophies and thoughts on how to keep a high performance mindset during the stress of these unprecedented times for athletes. We had great time discussing so many mental challenges we are working through with our families, our players, and our own mental health right now!
