2017 Is Almost Over

What are your plans for 2018?  Do you know what’s next for you?

If you don’t know….it’s not okay.  Not only is this not okay, it isn’t an easy question to answer.  How do you figure out what next or what you should be focusing on?

Navigating 2018

I have a suggestion.  There is a way to find the next thing you should do or at least find the right direction you should be heading in.  The solution lies in the intersection of your Interests, Skills, and Opportunities (ISO).  When you work within your ISO you give yourself the chance to do your best work, make your highest contribution, and maximize your impact on anything you’re working on.  Think about it.

Finding Your Sweet Spot

Interests: Things your Genuinely interested in or love.  Activities that you do for free.

Skills: Things you could easily learn or are naturally talented at.

Opportunities: Anything that brings you closer to a Genuine Interest

The Trifecta

Your creative career will not prosper with only two of the three.  When you find a Trifecta you can build a creative career that supports the lifestyle you want to live.
