Anissa Hudak is Yogini, Tea Drinker, Yankee Fan, Expert Black Friday Shopper Extraordinaire, a mother of two boys and an angel, a rape survivor; that’s what her bio says, but I can tell you she is also an angel herself with a heart for helping others. She is a member of the International Association of Yoga Therapists and holds a C-IAYT with that organization, plus she is a 500 hour Registered Yoga Teacher (500 RYT).

She currently focusses on survivors of sexual trauma and facilitates groups through zoom, meaning you may attend no matter where you are located.

We had a great chat concerning how yoga is so much more than just holding poses, “Your issues are in your tissues”, our bodies retain stress and yoga will help you release the poison that builds up in our bodies from trauma and other “dis-ease” that life brings.

It’s an inside job, your healing will not be found “out there”, it’s inside us, we just need caring souls to help us to find it and extract it, with love.
