Rachael Madori in the Trauma Sauna: where we sit with our suffering to walk it off. Life is too fucked up to sweat it. To further Rachael’s dialogue of personal, spiritual, & intellectual change - this podcast will focus on getting more intimate with the ugly truths of life. All while keeping it light with Rachael’s love of dark humor. Focusing on what trauma is and what it’s like to be a survivor of addiction, homelessness, mental illness, rape, abuse and more. We’ll talk about how to lean into these terrible things in a way that allows healing instead of hurting. When there are special guest speakers, they will include those who have different life experiences of episode subjects to further new dialogue about how trauma presents itself & affects us uniquely as individuals.
