This past weekend saw another successful South African Triathlon Championships in East London and on Tri Talk SA we chat to :The 2014 South African Triathlon Champion Richard Murray. The win is the first for Richard at senior level and he tells us about the win as well as where he thinks the level of triathlon is in South Africa is right now.
