This week I am joined with Holistic Health and Transformation coach Julia Schneider.
We talk about how Julia transformed herself from PT to holistic transformation coach after seeing that just telling people what exercises to do wasn’t enough. We talk about what Holistic health is, how Julia works, what burn out is and why it happens to us, the different childhood attachment styles and how burn out appears in each and we also talk about how we can avoid getting burnt out in the first place.
I really enjoyed talking to Julia about these topics, I found it really interesting and left the conversation really feeling like I learnt something I hadn’t ever really thought of before - plus, we chat about Robots. I also learnt that I don’t want to get to stage 4 of burn out!!
