Chiara was one of the attorneys who represented America’s longest serving nonviolent cannabis prisoner, Richard DeLisi. Richard was serving a 90 year prison sentence and was finally released in the state of Florida at the Age of 72. Jesse and Chiara talk about how she came to representing Richard, cannabis reform, and the future of criminal justice.
