On the last day of the Church's year Francis taught on what the Gospel says about the end of history or the world as we know it. He introduced Eschatology as the study of final things and set out how the Gospel assumes a hope for the present order and present age to be ended so that God's Kingdom or the Age to Come may be fully established.
