Lil Troy is without a doubt a Hip-Hop Legend.
In 1987, he started Short Stop Records in Houston, TX and was responsible for discovering a lot of the musical talent in the city including the incomparable Scarface. He would also release his own multi platinum hit “Wanna Be A Baller”
His son T2, was poised to follow in his fathers footsteps and achieve music stardom however an 8 year prison sentence brought T2’s dreams to a halt.
After his sons incarceration, Troy lost his love for the music business and he began to live a civilian life working as a safety manager.
Troy would do so for 12 years until the pandemic where he was layed off for a year.
While working he had started a trucking company in 2017 that was dormant.
Being that he no longer wanted to return to work, he decided to go full time into his company.
Troy would go and get his CDL, drive for himself and the rest as they say is history.
