This is an exciting and brief introduction to the Podcast Trudging It. The podcast will focus on our journey to and in recovery from Sexaholism. In the first series to follow, we will cover the beginning steps for newcomers: walking with them as they learn about sexaholism, if they identify, and how to get started. In the second series, we will discuss mixed meetings and what can groups do to work on creating a space for men and women to meet and work on recovering from our common disease.
