Some of what Tommy Ragan (the killer) did:

1. Strangled Bruce Kim to death during a drunken rage.
2. Transported Bruce Kim's body in the trunk of his car.
3. Buried Bruce Kim's body in a shallow grave, severing his head to avoid identification.
4. Set fire to the Lemac Apartments, potentially endangering numerous lives.
5. Confessed to multiple other crimes including arson, burglary, larceny, assault, and rape of another young boy.
