Today I open up about some personal life challenges I recently encountered by sustaining an injury that required surgery followed by a long recovery. I discuss the notion of identity, and pose the question of who you would be if the most important aspects of your life were taken away. I also discuss some of the realizations and reflections I have had while navigating this injury and recovery.
