If the world ended, either suddenly or slowly played out, would humanity know what to do? An eccentric man whom we do not know his name had a monument erected with guidelines to help steer the people that are left to a prosperous life.  Since 1979 at the height of the Cold War a sculpture of truth has been standing still in hopes to help.
