We're going to talk about Dreaming Again! 

As you know we ALL have walked through a very stressful last 12 months.

I've noticed with my personal and business clients that most have gotten in this mental rut of just doing what's right in front of them and only taking one day at a time. 

While that is important, we also need to start expanding our outlook.

A LOT of us need to get back to dreaming and thinking about the future and thinking about where we want to head in life.

During my divorce my therapist said, the best way to keep myself out of getting depression was to make sure that I had things lined up to do about every 60 days.   Something active that I could look forward to doing.

I think that is what has affected so many of us lately is that we haven't had anything to look forward to in a very long time, because we're just stuck in this limbo. 

So for tonight really start dreaming again!   Go get yourself a big cork board, start printing things off the internet, start cutting things out of magazines and get creative and make a dream board.
