Thinking errors, also known as thinking styles are habitual thought patterns or ways of thinking that can have a profound effect on our physical and mental health and our relationships. Our thinking patterns determine the way we respond to people and events in our lives. For these reasons, it is very important to be aware of our thinking errors and to purposely choose to do something about them. In this maiden edition, we take on this two-part series, discussing 12 Thinking Errors and In this episode, we tackle 6 thinking errors: Fortune Telling, Entitlement, Mental Filtering, Demand Thinking, Mind Reading, and All-or-Nothing thinking.
