Having spent most of my adult life under the Colours in the British Army from being an infantry soldier to being an experienced PSYOPS Operator on 7 operational deployments has given me some awesome opportunities.

I spent my last 8 years in the Army as a Unit Welfare Officer for London Central Garrison and have taken part in all the Ceremonial duties in London during that time. Nowadays I'm retired and spend my time Podcasting and Vloging.
