It can be difficult to make awkward or uncomfortable situations normal, but I would rather sacrifice a moment of discomfort than a lifetime of disfunction.
It takes strength to do a lot of things, sometimes a lot more strength than you bargained for; in the process of learning our strength, we also learn our boundaries.

I'm taking a dive into the history of black mental health/illness. And at this point yall......I'm sold that white people are allowed to say ANYTHING and call it truth or factual information. It's not, it all was a lie.
underpaid, undervalued, cheated, hated, gas-lighted, targeted, raped, molested, murdered, mishandled and shamed.....Lets not continue this narrative for our black women. PROTECT BLACK WOMEN AT ALL COSTS.
