In the episode I am speaking in depth about my dating experiences, including my own journey in practicing self-worth, sharing some never before disclosed details about my last break-up and how it led to going on a healing journey in my thirties, stepping into my most worthy self that led me to the relationship with my boyfriend. 

Ilana also shares he personal dating experiences, how self-worth and being able to spend time alone led her away from dating and timelines panic and into her relationship with her fiance,  and what she thinks is important when looking for love.
