There’s loads of information in the personal development world about being single and dating, or how to have a healthy relationship. But no one is talking about what it’s really like to start a new relationship in your thirties.

• Is meeting someone in your thirties a positive or negative thing?
• Is it the same as meeting someone in your teens or twenties, or does it feel different?
• Do people having more baggage and more exes effect how the relationship works?
• Is having a biological clock and undeniable time pressures an issue in starting a new relationship at this age?
• What effect does it have on your friendships and the other areas of your life?

These are all the topics that I am discussing in this week’s podcast interview with returning guest Louise Rumball, host of the Open House podcast.

Both Louise and I have started new relationships recently after periods of being single and going through big past break-ups and in this episode we sit down to share candidly about our stories starting new relationships in our thirties.
