If leadership is so important, how come we seem to be so bad at doing it?

This week, Carl talks to Peter Anderton, leadership and organisational specialist.  With clients such as Jaguar Landrover, Trelleborg Industrial Tyres, Huntsman Corporation, the NHS, Nottingham City Council and more, Peter has definitely go the t-shirt when it comes to being there and doing it.

An engineer by background, Peter spent a number of years working as a Production Manager, before moving into organisational development, and leadership training to create brilliant leaders and help employees and managers work together without getting in each other’s way.
