Windows 10X Delayed. Don't expect any Windows 10X dual-screen devices this year. Microsoft's new target for 10X is single-screen devices. We knew (though MS didn't admit) that 10X was coming to traditional PCs. Now that's priority No. 1 for 10X as it should be!
