She's back (me, I'm back). Apologies for the huge gaps in between episodes my friends! No excuses, really. But here we go, I'm calling myself out in today's episode, and not just because of my procrastination skills. I'm talking attachment styles, what they are, what they manifest as and which one has defined a lot of who I have been and still struggle with in romantic relationships. Enjoy!
