Supreme Court Justice Bob Orr and UNC law professor Barbara Osborne join Tim for the discussion.    Having represented multiple athletes, Orr is a frequent opponent of the NCAA. In his research, Osborne has delved deeply into this matter and explored several interconnected subjects.
