UrbanAlchemy360º is pleased to officially announce the appointment of Mr. Michael McCraw as Financial and NMTC Advisor for UrbanAlchemy360º and C4GS.
Mr. McCraw has held various administrative and management positions for over forty years in both public and private sectors. He most recently served twenty-four years as President and CEO for Southern California Small Business Development Corporation which administers the State of California Small Business Loan Guarantee Program.

UrbanAlchemy360º has plans for growth in many areas including expansions into Holdings, Development, and other Investments. In his new position as Financial and New Market Tax Credit Advisor, his invaluable experience and knowledge will help fuel that growth. 

This new appointment brings additional strength to UA360º and C4GS projects.

UA360º has partnered with Ruth Jordan, Founder/CEO of RENAISSANCE SOLUTIONZ, as the Vanguard leading this mission to build LIVE/WORK/LEARN Housing and other needed infrastructures and services.

C4GS Partners consisting of Rennaisance Solutionz, UA360º, UrbanAmerica, and C&N Universe were able to successfully provide emergency homes and services to the city of Houston during their recent Hurricanes and have proven the model. 
We are currently positioning C4GS to provide services, permanent housing solutions and energy infrastructure efforts to Puerto Rico and other parts of the US and Mexico. Our goal is to "BUILD BACK BETTER" by using the Community Land Trust model.

* We are seeking qualified Partners, Investors and Property Locations and Owners to develop, build or rebuild brand-new, sustainable Live/Work/Learn Business Incubation and Housing Communities & Villages located in areas that the Department of Housing and Development (HUD) has designated as "Promise Zones" and other areas affected by natural or manmade disasters. 
* We are also seeking additional Architects to expand our housing and planning designs.
