As parents of teens – no matter what our stature may be in the world – we all have one thing in common: we are our kids’ chauffeurs. We drive them to school, parties, work and sporting activities while they slowly drive us crazy. You may be a powerful Executive with hundreds of people reporting to you, or a brilliant scientist or a financial wizard, but at home, you are a powerless guy who doesn't understand anything about the world our teenagers live in. The Uber Dad podcast discusses many of the situations we find ourselves in and interviews guests in an effort to understand more about their world. Ultimately, the goal is to connect with our kids in postive ways and help set them on a path to achieving success in every aspect of their lives – happiness, health, career, personal relationships and being able to take care of themselves and ultimately provide for their own families and help their own kids. Imagine what a great world this would be if we all did that.
