Erik Schlimmer is a Colorado-based licensed therapist. He specializes in treatment of anxiety, depression, and post-traumatic stress disorder using two therapeutic models, cognitive behavioral therapy and acceptance and commitment therapy. He created his "UAP Therapist" online persona in 2021 to let UAP experiencers know there's at least one UAP-informed professional counselor out there.
