This WOD is inspired by skipping one of my morning workouts to have breakfast with my daughter.
Ironically and per the namesake we were having french toast.
While I was eating it struck me that committing to doing something 10:00 minutes per day could be really life changing.
Getting up 10:00 earlier so you can spend more time with your kids in the morning.
Could really have a profound impact on your relationship.
Spending an extra 10:00 in the morning doing an extra morning WOD could have a profound impact on your fitness level.
Now will one act of 10:00 have a profound impact.
Maybe
Maybe Not
but what I am certain of is that you start to make it a daily practice those 10:00 over weeks, months, and years will definitely have a lasting impact.
The whole inspiration for this piece was obviously my skipped workout but it was also the realize that the morning workouts after you subtracted my warm-up time (approx. 15 mins) were lasting around 10-15 mins.
Once you make that realization making the physical and mental commitment to get up and get that 'little' bit of work done becomes much more digestable.

10 min AMRAP
1 Heavy-ish Kettlebells
Vertical Pulling (preferrably loaded) x 1
2-Hand Kettlebell Kettlebell Snatch x 2
Readiness Row x 3
Push-ups x 4
(completing all 4 drills equates to 1 Rd)
