This WOD is inspired by the Crossfit Games.
Yep folks it is that season so I'm really excited about see what kind of pain, agony and glory come forth.
I hadn't really looked at it before but I started looking at the WODs for the Teen/Masters events and they have some very good WODs for that they publish for these two groups that are probably a lot more relevant to mere mortals like me and you.
The other thing I've notice as a whole with the games and I could be completely wrong but it appears like they are moving back to their roots a bit with some more athletic and combo running type WODs.
It felt like the WODs were getting little weightlifting- centric this last couple years but I think when I watch them I'm going to really enjoy this years line.
So what we've done is put a little spin on the WOD called Deuce Deuce.
This also carrie some 2016 synergy from a skill I've been working on stated I wanted to get way back when we were talking open WODs
So a little be of practice and accountability there.
I hope you are ready for a blazing fast one today the games time cap was 4:00 I'm giving us a couple minute buffer.

1 Cycle for time with 6:00 minute time cap
2 Medium Kettlebells
Knees to Elbows x 22
Double Kettlebell Clean and Jerk
160 meter shuttle run
