I was superwoman. But superwoman doesn't get a break. She doesn't get help. She doesn't get rescued. I'm tired of being superwoman.

This weeks episode focus on the struggle of being considered the "strong" woman, and how that can be so much pressure of a woman because she doesn't get to be vulnerable or never gets a moment to breathe because she has to be EVERYTHING for everyone and it can be exhausting.
