You are a Divine being temporarily housed in a physical body. Taking care of our souls means partnering with the Holy Spirit to bring glory to God who created us. ∙Caring for our souls means rooting them in God. I feel it is essential to take care of your mind, body and soul because if you don't you wont be good for yourself or anyone else. 

This weeks episode talks about the importance of taking care of the soul that God gave you. As well as developing that relationship with GOD on a daily bases.
