I think we all have felt loneliness at some point in our lives and the past few years with lock down, remote work, and just the social idea of "growing up" hasn't helped. However, one benefit we've personally seen over the past few years is that  people are more willing to talk about it and express how they are truly feeling. It's difficult and can be hard to explain exactly how you're feeling so Paul and Andrew dive into that and discuss different types of loneliness and how they personally have experienced it.
