Syd is the woman behind the Instagram @healingmeandwe, she’s also the creator of resources and coaching programs designed to help YOU break free of toxic family patterns and heal intergenerational trauma. She also has some BEAUTIFUL insight and information regarding healing trauma through your menstrual cycle which is something I’ve never heard of before. You’ll hear a bit more about that at the end of the episode. Syd has an INCREDIBLE story which you will hear about in detail. All you need to know now is that I have no idea how someone, who has all of the odds stacked up against her, was able to break free, choose a different path, and now hold hands with individuals who need a guide to break free as well.
