Today I sat down with Army Veteran Malcolm Ward. 

Malcolm is currently interning with us at Peppo's Subs as he transitions from his 10 years of service in the US Army to our corporate team. We are brining Malcolm into our Peppo's Subs Franchise group to bolster our corporate store, corporate training and ongoing support for new franchisee's. This episode unpacks our franchise training system and our philosophies as we prepare to launch into our aggressive growth phase.
