Welcome to week 8 of our 12-week personal growth plan.  We’re spending four weeks on each the topics thatare most impactful to your personal success. This is our last week on Fitness. We have talked about The Importance of Physical Fitness, Healthy Eating,Losing Weight and today we’re going to talk about how we get stronger.  There are a number of approaches to getstronger.  We dispel some myths and provideda recipe to get stronger through caloric intake and foundational exercises tokeep it stupid simple.
