All kinds of things are now happening with Ian.  With COVID limiting his ability to see the doctors and get treatments, his condition is degrading fast.  Elvira is getting herself ready to go back to the East Coast for medical school.  Remember, this Bitch is going to try to be a doctor.  So the bags are packed, she leaves all kinds of stuff on the side of the street for free including anything that is a memory for Ian and they are off to have Ian stay with her dad, MILES FROM OUR OUR HOME.
