Vivify Specific is a Resource Therapy (Advanced Parts) Action that helps us to ensure we are working with the best part of the client for the job at hand.

In this episode Tracy talks us through how she uses this Action to help build a Bespoke Vivid Resource Team whilst taking a client history, combining phase 1 and 2 of standard EMDR Protocol. Tracy talks about the importance of waking up sensory - felt resources as a way to support phase 4 processing.
