We always seem to seek closure after a betrayal or breakup. We want to understand. . . We say things like "But I just need to know why". . . The truth is we don't really need that. We are hurting and want the pain to stop. We think those answers will accomplish that goal. In this episode, I'll talk about this pain most of us have experienced at some point in our lives and how to move forward.
