I DREADED new years eve. It was the time i felt the most unready and anxiety filled. I would even check my to do list and check it twice but still i felt like i fell short. When it came to new year resolutions--I always felt not good in all that i chose to say or sometimes I didn't really know what I wanted to set them as. Which triggered deep guilt within me. *PLOT TWIST DONNA* you do NOT have to have either....lets dive in, surrender the anxiety and to do lists and; lets ease into this new year.
