Welcome to season 2! I'm so thrilled to be back with new episodes for a new year! As I thought about the fresh slate of 2019 and small changes I might want to implement in my life, I thought about consistency in taking care of my body. I know many people make health and fitness goals for the New Year, but my spin on it is this- I am not an advocate for change for the sake of extreme make-overs or completely overhauling your life. My hope is to make small, attainable steps toward health that add up over time. ALL for the sake of becoming the very best version of YOU, so that you can go out and live your uniquely beautiful story!
