Meet Clint Eastwood--I mean, Jack Deth (they forgot the second a), a future trooper who likes to go diving where Las Angeles used to be. The future is Blade Runner bleak but a little more fun. If ol' Deth doesn't go back in time and stop the vile Whistler, he will eliminate the remaining counsel member's ancestors; causing them to have never existed in the first place! Holy Sci-Fi, Batman! There is a lot of fun to be had here in this 80s sci-fi/action/horror combo!
