In this episode I had the pleasure of speaking with Dr. Selvi. We talked about her battle with Crohn's disease. How ignoring her health in order to pursue medical school (with the added cultural pressure of being the perfect student) affected her life and how listening to her body was her only rescue.

We learned valuable tips that can be applied to not only Crohn's Disease, but other chronic health conditions as well, and how we can take control of our health.
