When a persecutor or presiding judge are accused and convicted of improper unprofessional conduct relating to their respective jobs, revisiting all files is an expected consequence. Few years ago, a CSI tech was found guilty of forging few reports which were used in courts and as a result, the DA instructed his office to reopen all cases for which her expert opinion/reports were used. So, why is the double standard?
