This podcast is for young adults, working, parenting, creating in this ever changing and fast paced world we live in, whose goal is to thrive not just survive. 

Our aim is to spark conversations, that you can take back to your own community - about all things that the modern world hasn’t prepared us for.  

We value critical thinking and evidence based practice, so each episode we will connect with passionate individuals and thought leaders pioneering new paths, to learn about their journey and how they are challenging the narratives that society conditions us to believe.

We’ll find out why they do what they do, with the hope that we figure out or forget a thing or two about ourselves along the way!
