Matthew spent 15 Years as a first responder and an additional 8 Years in Law Enforcement where he learned to develop his communication skills so he can be the communication strategist he is today. 

Matthew is an emotional intelligence coach and public speaking expert. who felt the need to help others become better leaders through effective communication practices. The many years spent in law enforcement taught him many strategies, skills and tactics that he implements in the core of his coaching techniques.  

Matthew is on a mission to help others succeed as he stated: "My goal is to do everything in my power to educate these individuals on the importance of emotional intelligence and how greatly it impacts their business".
